About

The T-72 Main Battle Tank is a Soviet second, second-generation Main Battle Tank after the unsuccessful T-64. The Soviets/Russians are globally famous for designing a successful and globally popular tank since they created the effective T-34 Medium Tank during World War 2. The T-34 was a capable, cost-effective and comparable or in some case surpassed the capabilities of the western tanks. These qualities are all incorporated in the T-72 Main Battle Tank. The T-72 tank was granted with an excellent speed for its weight and an outstanding reliability on the battlefield that was always sought after by all armed forces around the world. The most notable feature of this tank is that T-72 is a cheap but extremely effective Main Battle Tank and sometimes it is even comparable or surpassing the capabilities of the modern western Main Battle Tank if it was installed with modern upgrades. Since it was a cost-effective and easy to use, it was continued to be produced and was purchased by many countries and it was proven as an export success.
